Concertina folding design

Allows for easy assembly with five cells per unit. Sections can be joined from any joint, and filled cells can be stacked to increase height.

Durable materials

Manufactured with mild steel wire (4mm) and high strain wire (5.6mm) for maximum strength.

Filling options

The fort barriers can be filled with a variety of materials, including:

  • Sand

  • Crushed stone

  • Concrete

Customisation options

  • Wire coating: Available in Class A galvanising (90g/m²) or hot-dipped galvanising (500–700g/m²) for superior rust protection.

  • Aperture sizes: Choose from 50x50mm, 75x75mm, or 100x100mm apertures, with the option to add double 5.6mm wire for extra strength.

  • Inner liner: Features a non-woven, needle-punched geotextile liner for added durability, available in charcoal.

  • 10-year rust guarantee (conditions apply)

  • Foldable design: The barriers are shipped in a compact, flat-pack form, making transportation and assembly simple.

Explosive-resistant and flood control solutions

Tradia Group’s welded mesh fort barriers are highly regarded for their strength and reliability, making them an ideal solution for explosive resistance and flood control. Custom sizes and types can be manufactured to meet specific project needs.

Shipment and delivery

Shipped on strapped pallets, with each pallet holding 3 to 5 units depending on size. The average weight ranges from 300kg to 400kg per pallet.
